Participant's Guide
Distances for Boys and Girls 6- 15
Age 6-10 Age 11-15
50 yard swim 100 yard swim
3 mile bike ride 6 mile bike ride
1 mile run 2 mile run
Swim: Pool swim on campus (floaties are permitted)
Bike: Bike portion is off campus on a closed road with numerous volunteers and police officers along
the course (younger kids are permitted to use training wheels)
Run: Run course is totally flat, with a portion on the sidewalk. The run is on camp

Giveaways/Awards
Every racer will receive a Triathlon Finisher Medal. Racers will also receive a race bag, t-shirt, swim cap and bib number. In addition, we will award trophies to the top three (3) male and female finishers of each four age groups 6-8 9-10 11-13 14-15
